Such kind staff, beautiful clean seating, affordable drinks. Happy hour is such a win! Get a lot of food for such an amazing price considering we’re in carmel. Definitely recommend getting a seat on the rooftop.

Happy hour runs from **4 to 6 PM**, and they have a fantastic full menu alongside some select items just for this special time. I couldn't resist trying their **Fangool Pepperoni wood-fired pizza**, which was topped with hot honey, ranch, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. It was seriously one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had—the crust was phenomenal! The drink menu is just as enticing, featuring fun options like the **Purple Haze** and **Mamma's Boy**. I couldn't believe how refreshing and creative the cocktails were! Parking was a breeze, as I found a spot right in front of the bar. The vibe on the rooftop is super cute and cozy, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Plus, the service was exceptional—friendly and attentive staff really added to the experience. If you're in Carmel, I highly recommend stopping by Vesuvio. After happy hour, you can stroll through the delightful nearby town or relax in the park across the street. Can't wait to go back!

It is one of my favorite places. Ive done many birthday celebrations and even my engagement party on the rooftop. I hadn't been in a long time. Seafood risotto is my go to however, this time the Cajun seasoning or which ever they put was super heavy so it took away from the flavors of everything else. For an expensive dish id hope it would be more consistent. They forget to check in so the wait was long between things while all the staff stood by the bar and chatted. I dont recall is being busy til way later. Beautiful rooftop and beautiful day!

Great rooftop bar in Carmel. Tons and tons of heaters and firepits, cushioned chairs, plenty of room for big parties, and great service. Only stayed for one drink but the music was great and the atmosphere was nice! Younger crowd compared to the dinner we had downstairs.

My wife and I wanted to try something new in Carmel. After going to dinner at Mediterranean restaurant, we headed to Vesuvio to check out their rooftop lounge. It's a lively place with good drinks. It was freezing outside, but we didn't feel it because of all the heaters and fire pits they have. This will be our new to place to go to after dinner when we come back to Carmel. It does get packed quickly and they close at 11 pm.
